Once again our 'Jog Northants' programme will offering a number of new beginners jogging groups across the county in January. Anyone who is new to jogging, or has not run for a long time, can be guided through a progressive programme of gentle walking and jogging all led by a qualified Jog Northants Leader. So whether you just want a little help to get started, want the safety of a group run, train for an event or like the social part of meeting others whilst getting active then one of our Jog Northants groups could be for you!

Drowning Prevention Week, the national campaign run by The Royal Life Saving Society UK (RLSS UK), returns this year from (16th – 26th June 2017) to help prevent the 400 accidental drownings that occur every year in the UK.
